Upon entering through the main entrance, you are greeted by the typical Ibizan foyer with its high Sabina wood ceiling and direct access to the breakfast terrace and pool terrace. The dining area is also located in the foyer.

An open archway leads into the living area with satellite TV and terrace access. Adjacent to this is the spacious, lovingly furnished kitchen with a beautiful natural wood bar, perfect for casual chats. The window faces the sunrise (ideal for early risers!).

On the other side of the entrance hall, a small corridor leads to two double bedrooms, one of which also has direct access to the terrace, and a shower room. A staircase takes you to the upper floor, where there is a large double bedroom with a fascinating sea view, another double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.

Through a separate entrance, you will find the spacious guest studio in the basement, which has its own terrace, a shower room, and satellite TV. A small kitchenette provides a coffee machine, toaster, and refrigerator. A sofa bed offers space for a third person.

The view from the pool terrace over the Ibizan landscape and the deep blue Mediterranean Sea offers you 180° of sunshine, from sunrise to sunset. The infinity pool makes the water level blend seamlessly with the horizon. The pool terrace is equipped with eight sunbeds and two parasols.

A covered terrace with a dining area invites you for breakfast and offers space for a BBQ in the evening.

Casa Formentera is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with oleander, jasmine, and bougainvillea, and is fully enclosed. Pets are welcome upon request, as long as they are well-behaved.

Casa Formentera consists of a main house and a guest apartment. The property has a tourist license for up to eight people, with a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. For stays of more than 30 days, the villa can also be rented with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please contact us for further details.

San Carlos, with the famous Hippy bar "Anita's" and other restaurants and boutiques, is just a 5-minute drive away. The Hippy Market "Las Dalias" is within a 15-minute walk. Santa Eulalia, with all shopping facilities, is 10 minutes by car. The rural hotel "Can Curreu" nearby offers a spa and excellent cuisine. The beaches of Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Cala Martina, Cala Pada, and Niu Blau are all within a 10-minute drive.
