Set within approximately 1,000 m² of fully fenced Mediterranean grounds, the property is surrounded by palm trees and typical island plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. A charming barbecue area invites guests to enjoy relaxed evenings with family and friends. Two private house terraces together with the spacious pool terrace provide ample space for sunbathing, unwinding and making the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Casa Playa offers approximately 140 m² of living space arranged over two levels. The entrance is located on the upper floor, leading directly into a bright and comfortable living area with satellite TV and direct access to the impressive 50 m² breakfast terrace, where spectacular sea views await. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, which is connected to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen via a breakfast bar.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access, as well as a separate guest cloakroom.

The lower floor features a further double bedroom with its own shower room, together with a separate studio. The studio offers a small sitting area with a sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a private shower room. From here, guests can access the generous 50 m² terrace with shade sail and covered barbecue area. This terrace connects directly to the pool terrace, swimming pool and a charming picnic area. A private garden gate leads directly to the beach, just a few steps away.

All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, are fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfortable temperatures and restful nights even during the height of summer. During the cooler months, modern inverter air-conditioning systems provide efficient heating and a pleasant indoor climate.

A washing machine and ironing facilities are available in the utility room.

For families travelling with young children, baby cots, high chairs and additional children's equipment can be provided upon request. Well-behaved small dogs are also welcome, subject to prior approval.

A small beachside kiosk serving food and refreshments is located directly on Cala Llenya beach. The popular beach of Cala Nova, with its excellent selection of restaurants, can be reached within approximately ten minutes on foot. During the summer season, a nearby supermarket provides daily essentials, while additional shops, bars and boutiques can be found in the charming hippy village of San Carlos.
