This detached villa for 6 people impresses with its Mediterranean atmosphere. It is located in a great central location on the northeast coast of Ibiza, near San Carlos.

The beaches of S’Aigua Blanca, Playa Es Figueral, Cala Nova, and Cala Boix are just a few kilometers away. The Mediterranean property spans 15,000m² and is covered with a beautiful large pine tree and many native plants. The villa features a cozy sun terrace, perfect for social gatherings with family or friends. Various shaded areas around the house, as well as the spacious pool terrace with an outdoor shower, offer space for chatting, relaxing, and sunbathing.

This two-story villa, with 300m² of space, offers stunning views of the landscape, generous rooms, and consistently high-quality furnishings. From the rooms on the first floor, you can see the distant sea.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. A toaster, juicer, kettle, blender, and all common kitchen utensils are also provided.

The dining area, featuring a large maple wood table for 8 people, is open to the kitchen area. Here, you’ll find the Geneva iPod sound system.

Also on the ground floor are a shower room/WC and the living room with a large Moroccan seating area, perfect for relaxation. You’ll find a flat-screen TV with HD, a satellite receiver, a DVD player, as well as DVDs, board games, and books for everyone’s taste.

On the first floor, there is the large bedroom with a stunning view of the garden. The luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and bidet offers a breathtaking view over the pool area and the typical Balearic vegetation. The second bedroom/kids' room has 2 queen-size beds (140x200) and access to one of the two balconies. A separate shower room belongs to this bedroom. The wardrobes for both bedrooms are located in the hallway.

The apartment is accessible via its own entrance. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) from Ligne Roset and a shower room/WC. On the ground floor, there is a small, cozy living room with access to the east terrace, a perfect spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The entrance area features a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle, as well as a washing machine for your use.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring restful sleep during the hot summer months. In the transition months and winter, underfloor heating provides comfortable temperatures. For cozy evenings, there is a closed fireplace in the living area.

In the living room, you can open several double-glass doors to blur the line between the "indoor" space and the large covered terrace and pool terrace.

Various terraces around the house, along with the pool terrace, are surrounded by a well-maintained garden with diverse Mediterranean plants. A special place for relaxation is the shaded terrace with two large wicker chairs under the large pine tree.

In the shoulder season and winter, the house can be heated via central underfloor heating.
