Spend your vacation in a beachfront Ibiza holiday home with a pool and enjoy the magical surroundings.

This detached, comfortable holiday home for 6 people is located in a unique spot on the beach of Cala Llenya on the east coast of Ibiza. The sea is only about 100 meters away, with the sandy beach directly in front of the pool terrace. The Mediterranean property is fully fenced and spans 1,000 m², with palm trees and many native plants like bougainvillea and oleander. There’s a cozy BBQ area for pleasant evenings with family or friends. Two house terraces plus the spacious pool terrace provide ample space for chatting, relaxing, and sunbathing.

Casa Playa has a living area of 140 m² spread over two floors. You enter the house on the upper floor, leading directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV and direct access to the 50 m² breakfast terrace with fantastic sea views. The living room is connected to the dining area, which is open to the fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access, as well as a guest toilet.

On the lower floor, there is another double bedroom with a shower bathroom and a separate studio with a small living room with a sofa bed, followed by a bedroom with two single beds and its own shower bathroom. The lower floor also features a spacious 50 m² terrace with sun sails and a covered BBQ area. From here, you can access the pool terrace with an outdoor shower and picnic area. A garden gate leads directly to the beach.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a restful sleep during the hot summer months.

In the transitional months and winter, the inverter air-conditioning systems maintain comfortable temperatures. A washing machine and ironing facilities are available in the utility room.

Child equipment (crib, high chair, etc.) is available upon request.

Small dogs are also welcome (if well-behaved :-)). Please inquire in advance.

At Cala Llenya beach, there is a kiosk with dining options. The beach Cala Nova, with various restaurants for all tastes, is just a 10-minute walk away. During the season, a small supermarket nearby provides basic supplies. For more shopping, pubs, and boutiques, you can visit the hippie village of San Carlos.
