Villa Rica offers breathtaking views over Cala Jondal Bay, one of Ibiza's coolest and most exclusive coves, renowned for its chic beach bars and top-tier restaurants. The famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana Beach Bars are just steps away from the villa. Cala Jondal is an extraordinary spot and the only bay on Ibiza designated as a nature reserve. It’s a place where you can often see dolphins as well as some of the world’s most luxurious superyachts. One of the terraces features a custom-designed jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying cocktails under the stars while listening to the gentle sound of waves reaching the shore. With two butlers and a private chef, Villa Rica provides all the amenities of a luxury hotel within the privacy of a world-class villa.

The amenities at Villa Rica bring a touch of Hollywood glamour to this spectacular Spanish island. The lower level of the villa features an underwater disco and a bar with a water pool, creating your own private after-hours club. Six full-time staff members, including two butlers, are at your service, ensuring you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation. The chef prepares a selection of fresh organic produce, including locally caught fish, to delight you and your guests. The butlers serve cocktails, canapés, and freshly pressed juices (please note that all food is subject to an additional charge). Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, international satellite TV, and a sound system make the villa feel like a home away from home. Outdoors, the heated pool, jacuzzi, sky lounge, and al fresco dining area provide endless opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

The villa’s timeless interior design features clean white walls that create a stunning contrast with the lush greenery, deep blue ocean, and soft, warm sand surrounding the property.
