Location

Ibiza Town with its harbour, restaurants and nightlife is just a few minutes away by car, and the sandy beach of Talamanca is only around 1 km from the villa. Parking is available right in front of the house.

Guest apartment on the lower floor

The lower floor holds a self-contained apartment with bedroom, living room with sofa bed, workspace, TV, fridge, shower room and its own terrace - perfect for guests who would like a little more privacy.

Living floor

A lift or the stairs lead up to the main floor: a bright, elegantly furnished living room with lounge area, dining table and large smart TV with streaming. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an American-style fridge and a high-quality coffee machine.

Terrace & pool

Outdoor life is what this villa is about: an illuminated pool with sun loungers, a chill-out lounge, a large dining table for up to 10 people and a gas barbecue for long evenings outside. There is also a small fitness and yoga area, an outdoor shower and a separate WC.

Bedroom floor

The upper floor is home to the master suite with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and double basin. From the balcony, the view stretches across the sea, Dalt Vila and Formentera. On the same floor there are three further bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom with bathtub.

Comfort

The entire villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating - comfortable in every season. Most rooms, including the kitchen, have a TV. For your security, outdoor cameras cover the entrance area and the garden.

On request we can arrange laundry service and mid-stay cleaning, as well as concierge services such as boat and car hire, restaurant and beach club reservations, excursions and water sports.

Our tip

Villa Calina is only rented out occasionally and is beautifully kept. Ideal for families and friends who want sea views, easy access to town and the beach in one place - and who like to end the day watching the sunset over Dalt Vila from the master suite balcony.
