Some of Ibiza's best hidden beaches are just a few minutes away on foot or along the stunning coastline.

To ensure the highest standards of security, 10 professional surveillance cameras cover the entire exterior and the gate with its access road. Guests can choose whether the cameras record continuously or only when leaving the house.

A high-end alarm system offers two modes of operation: Home Mode and Away Mode. A security service is notified 24/7 in the event of an alarm (5 types). The entire outdoor lighting system can be controlled from anywhere in the house via an iPhone or iPad and is also fully accessible outside the villa.

With a state-of-the-art home automation system, the cameras, alarm system, and outdoor lighting can be operated from an iPhone or iPad, either on-site or remotely from outside the villa.

Main house:

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is spacious and located on the first floor with spectacular views of the sea and Es Vedra. It features a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, ample storage space, and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 - The "Parrot" guest bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the pool terrace with views of the sea and Es Vedra. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 - The "Blue Sky" guest bedroom is located next to the orange bedroom and overlooks the garden. It is spacious and features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 - The "Safari" guest bedroom is located near the kitchen and living room, adjacent to a study equipped with a small desk and an iMac computer available for all guests. This room also has a spacious bathroom.
