Casa Redonda, the "Round House," is the name of this spectacular property located in the La Joya residential area, above Cala Llenya in San Carlos. Situated in a prime location directly on the beach of Cala Llenya, on the east coast of Ibiza, this villa offers breathtaking views and an unmatched setting.
The distinctive architecture of the villa surprises with spacious volumes, such as the large dome and the loft-like extension, where the open kitchen, dining area, and chill-out zones flow seamlessly into each other. Murals by local artists give each room its unique touch. Casa Redonda blends Arabic architecture with its domes and rounded rooms, alongside traditional Ibizan building techniques using natural stone and Sabina wood, creating a harmonious atmosphere.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the 60 m² dome, featuring a cozy sofa island and a tiled stove. High terrace doors open to reveal your beautiful Mediterranean garden, which surrounds the entire property. From here, you can access the cozy fireplace room with a seating area and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the opposite side, there is another bathroom with a shower. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs gallery, which houses two more double bedrooms and a shower room.
The newer part of the villa, located to the right of the round structure, features an open-plan living, cooking, and dining area (75 m²). The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and a wine cellar and utility room are adjacent. A spiral staircase leads to the fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Eight double-winged doors, which open fully, blur the line between the "inside" and the large pool terrace. The pool terrace is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants and is private. A gas BBQ is available for cozy grilling evenings, and meals are enjoyed at a rustic wooden table. A staircase leads to direct beach access.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with some rooms featuring TVs. During the off-season, the house can be heated using the air conditioning. In winter, underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove provide warmth and comfort. The fireplace room is perfect for cozy evenings by the open fire.
Baby equipment (crib, high chair) is available upon request. Small dogs are also welcome (if well-behaved :-)). Please inquire in advance.
At Cala Llenya beach, there is a kiosk offering snacks. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Cala Nova beach, with various restaurants catering to all tastes. During the season, a small supermarket opens within the residential area for convenience shopping. Additional shopping opportunities, boutiques, and bars can be found in the nearby hippy village of San Carlos.
