A short walk takes you to the town with its beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. Santa Eulària des Riu (Spanish: Santa Eulalia del Río) is a town on the eastern side of the island of Ibiza.

The Mediterranean hillside property at Puig de Missa, also known as the Messeberg, is fully fenced and has a total area of 600 m². It is covered with trees and many native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. Various terraces and the pool terrace provide space for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the surroundings. The two-story, 140 m² finca surprises with a magnificent panoramic view and a unique location in Santa Eulalia.

The finca is accessed on the ground floor, leading directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living/dining room (40 m²) with a fireplace. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and electric appliances. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms (1 x 20 m² + 1 x 10 m²), a bathroom, and another TV lounge on the ground floor.

Upstairs is the master bedroom (22 m²) with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, which provides cooling in summer and warmth in winter.

The traditional Ibizan house has all the features of typical Ibiza architecture. Wooden ceilings and thick walls ensure pleasant temperatures both in summer and winter. The two other downstairs bedrooms can be cooled with fans (Rowenta Turbo Silence Extreme+), ensuring a good night’s sleep. During the transition months and winter, marble stone heaters maintain comfortable temperatures.

The sea and the center of Santa Eulalia are just 5 to 8 minutes on foot. Ibiza Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with many facets, is only a 10-minute drive away. Enjoy a lovely stay with family and friends.
