This lovingly restored historical property spans 10,000 m² of land with around 100 orange trees. The finca, covering 450 m², reflects the authentic style of an Ibizan country hotel with attention to detail. Original Sabina wood and handmade ironwork crafted by the owner family on Ibiza add unique charm to the villa. The combination of natural stone, olive and Sabina wood, and traditional design creates an atmosphere of authenticity and spaciousness. The entire estate is fenced, and the garden, driveway, and pool are beautifully illuminated in the evening.

The expansive stone pool terrace is equipped with teak furniture, inviting guests to relax. A BBQ area, fragrant orange and lemon trees, and a tropical plant garden provide a picturesque backdrop. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Ibiza Cathedral and the island of Formentera.

The finca is spread over two floors and is divided into two living areas. The main area features: 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.35m x 2.00m), and 1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). A spacious living room (Sala), large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen are also included.

Two of the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a bathroom next door. All three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and LCD satellite TVs. The Sala also includes an open fireplace, cozy seating, and a stereo system. A separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer is located behind the house.
