Situated in a private valley of 150,000 m² in the countryside near San Agustin on the west side of the island, the Finca is just 5 minutes by car to Cala Bassa, 10 minutes to Cala Conta, and 15 minutes to exclusive spots like Es Torrent, Es Xarco, or Cala Jondal.

Despite the renovation, the Finca has maintained its charm and authenticity. It features a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful landscape. In such a perfect location, you’ll often lose track of time and be carried away by the Mediterranean atmosphere. The living area is spread over two floors.

The beach "Cala Bassa" is 1.5 kilometers west of the villa. Situated in a beautiful bay, this beach is particularly suited for families with children or seniors. The sand is fine, the water is blue and clear, and the beach slopes gently into the sea. Pine forests surround the beach, inviting you for walks or hikes. There are 3 restaurants on the beach: "Chiringo" offering classic Mediterranean dishes, "Cala Bassa Beach Club" with fusion cuisine and sushi, and a snack bar with affordable dishes. You can rent sunbeds here, as well as pedal boats and jet skis. This beach is perfect for anyone seeking peace and quiet.
