This page lists 40 villas, fincas and holiday homes with 5 to 6 bedrooms for 8 to 12 guests. Prices start at €500 per night for Finca Can Xixu near Santa Gertrudis, which sleeps 10 - that works out at €50 per person per night.
12 houses cost less than €1,000 per night, and just over half (26) less than €2,000. For special occasions there are luxury villas such as Can Rica, right on the beach at Cala Jondal, or Twin Palms in Es Cubells, from €5,000 per night. 2. Which area of Ibiza suits a large group?
If you want a quiet, central base, choose the middle of the island around Santa Gertrudis - from there the beaches on every coast are a short drive away.
On the west coast near Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida and Cala Compte you will find houses with sunset views; on the east coast near Santa Eulalia, villas right by the sea such as Can Cigalle or Villa Niu Blau; and in the south, luxury villas near Cala Jondal.
3. Do the villas have a private pool?
Almost every house on this page has its own pool, and some, such as Can Anouch, have a heated one. Whether a pool is heated, fenced or child-safe is listed under the amenities on each property page.
4. Are the holiday homes officially licensed?
Yes. Ibiza Haus only rents out houses with a tourist licence; the number is shown on every property page.
Ibiza Haus is itself a registered agency (Central de Reservas CR-0152-E), and founder Arno Lippert is a board member of AVAT, the holiday rental association of Ibiza and Formentera.
5. How does booking work?
Send us your preferred dates and we will confirm availability and price. On booking, a 50% deposit is due within 2 days; the balance and the security deposit are due no later than 45 days before arrival (2 months before for some houses).
For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, the full amount is due straight away.
