Finca Puig de Arte is an extraordinary historic property in the heart of Ibiza, combining traditional Ibicencan architecture, art, design and nature.
The approximately 400-year-old finca is one of Ibiza’s notable historic buildings and is listed in the island’s architectural register. Carefully restored by architect and finca specialist Philippe Rotthier, the property has retained its authentic Ibicencan character while incorporating distinctive contemporary art and design.
Surrounded by approximately 15 hectares of private natural landscape, the finca offers exceptional peace and privacy. Mediterranean gardens, cactus gardens, fruit trees, organic vegetable cultivation and private walking trails create the feeling of a secluded retreat, while Ibiza Town is only around 15 minutes away.
At the heart of the grounds is a beautiful Moroccan-style pool area, complemented by numerous terraces, secluded corners and outdoor spaces for relaxing. Guests are welcome to enjoy organically grown fruit and vegetables from the property.
Individual Guest Houses
The finca offers several independent guest accommodations, each designed for two guests, with the possibility of an additional bed.
Cas'Un is the oldest independent part of the finca. It features traditional Sabina-wood ceilings, rustic walls and carefully selected designer furniture and artwork. A distinctive bathroom incorporates natural rock and a Dornbracht rain shower, while the interiors include pieces by Zanotta and design elements by Philippe Starck.
Cas'Dos, restored by Philippe Rotthier, combines traditional finca architecture with contemporary design. The spacious interior opens onto an intimate patio, while a second outdoor area overlooks the cactus garden and provides direct access to the pool area. Furnishings and design pieces include works by Castiglioni, Nanna Ditzel and Eames, complemented by contemporary art. The stainless-steel kitchen is equipped with Siemens and Franke appliances.
Throughout the property, original architectural details such as thick stone walls, traditional Sabina ceilings and natural materials meet carefully curated international design and art.
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and internet access are available, while an artist’s studio and the peaceful surroundings make Puig de Arte particularly attractive to writers, artists, architects and guests looking for inspiration and privacy.
