The Ibiza luxury villa de la Luz is a modern, minimalist designer villa in the heart of the island. It is located near the charming village of Santa Gertrudis and was designed in 2004 by a renowned Spanish architect. The villa has been featured in international design and architecture magazines such as AD, Elle DECO, and DECO Magazine, and has served as the backdrop for fashion shoots. In 2012, the interior was completely redesigned by a British designer.
The light-filled villa impresses with its spacious rooms and luxurious ambiance. The living room, with double ceiling height and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, fully opens up to the large pool terrace, seamlessly connecting the living area with the outdoor space. The 20-meter long infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers and lounge beds, offers the perfect place to relax and swim. The terrace with BBQ area and multiple chill-out zones invites unforgettable moments outdoors.
The main house features a 100 m² master suite with a bathroom, office, walk-in closet, and private terrace. Two additional guest rooms with private bathrooms provide ample space and privacy. A separate guest house with its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and terrace completes the property. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end Miele appliances and leaves nothing to be desired.
The 20,000 m² property includes a lush garden with fruit trees, numerous terraces, and ample space for events. The villa is ideal for events and photo shoots, but overnight stays are not available. A monitored parking area provides space for up to 20 vehicles.
The villa is technically state-of-the-art: internet, Apple TV, Blu-ray, home theater system, Sonos music system in all rooms, air conditioning, alarm system, and much more.
