Can Gertrudis is a perfect, modern summer residence offering exceptional peace and privacy. The 15,000 m² estate includes 130 m² of living space, with generous windows that fill the rooms with natural light. Ibiza Town, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia are all less than a 10-minute drive from the property.

The property consists of two buildings connected by a relaxing patio.

The main house is entered through a spacious lounge-style living room with two distinct areas. One section features a large dining table and a cosy sofa corner by the fireplace. The TV-lounge area includes an LCD satellite TV with a high-quality home cinema system. A fully equipped kitchen with a large American-style fridge offers direct access to the patio. The main house also includes two double bedrooms (1 x 200 × 180 cm and 1 x 200 × 160 cm) and a bathroom with underfloor heating.

The annex, built in 2015, remains closed and is not accessible.

Several chill-out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners invite you to relax, socialise or barbecue. In the spacious patio with pergola, you will find a dining table for 10-12 guests.
