This holiday home captivates with its bright, modern atmosphere and is located in a fantastic spot on the west coast of Ibiza, in Cala Vadella. The beach-close holiday home is built in a modern yet typically Ibizan style - whitewashed with clean lines. It offers approximately 250 m² of living space spread over three floors, providing ample room for 8 to 10 people.

On the upper floor of the house, there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), its own balcony, and an adjacent shower room. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and another bedroom with a bunk bed (130 x 190 and 90 x 190) and a separate bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

The middle floor features an inviting entrance area, an open kitchen, a cozy living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace, and a dining area. There is also a utility room, a guest WC, and a balcony with another dining area.

On the lower level, by the pool, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200) and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). A shower room with WC and a hairdryer is also available. Additionally, there is a small living area with a sofa bed and a second kitchen for your convenience.

Thanks to the two fully equipped kitchens, two friendly families can easily be accommodated during their holiday. The house also includes air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi access.

The house can accommodate up to ten people in five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two of your household staff.

At the private pool with terrace, dining area, and sunbeds, you can relax wonderfully. The rooftop terrace invites you to end the day on the seating area and enjoy the sunset.
