Three bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort, while the other two maintain a traditional finca ambiance, staying naturally cool thanks to thick walls and supplemented with stand fans. All five bedrooms feature four separate entrances.

The finca includes a main house and three additional buildings. The property is licensed for eight guests with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
