Located just approx. 1.5 km from the village of Sant Josep, the property perfectly combines rural tranquillity with a convenient central location. The charming village, with its cafés, restaurants and small local shops, is just a short drive away. Ibiza Town and San Antonio can also both be reached in approximately 10-15 minutes by car.

Can Duo is an ideal retreat for families, couples or friends seeking a peaceful and stylish hideaway with plenty of privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy a furnished dining and lounge terrace for up to 6 people, perfect for long summer evenings under the open sky. Adjacent to the terrace is the attractive pool (approx. 13 x 3 m), framed by palm trees, well-kept gardens and both sunny and shaded relaxation areas. Comfortable sun loungers, outdoor furniture and parasols are, of course, provided.

Inside, Can Duo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The cosy living area with satellite TV flows openly into the kitchen, creating a warm and sociable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a coffee machine, toaster and microwave, as well as everything needed for a relaxed holiday stay. A separate dining area and a washing machine complete the facilities.

The finca offers 3 double bedrooms, with the beds able to be prepared flexibly as single beds if required - ideal for different occupancy arrangements. There are 2 bathrooms in total, both fitted with shower and WC.

For families travelling with young children, a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
